Donau Inselfest Vienna

The Donauinselfest in Vienna is the largest free open-air festival in the world, taking place annually on the Danube Island. This year, from 3 to 5 July 2026, the 43nd edition will offer over 600 hours of programming on 16 stages. With 4.5 km of festival grounds, 17 themed islands and various activities such as sports, children's programmes and a karaoke stage, it attracts around 3 million visitors. Admission is free!
